Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
5. Identity Document Verification (Senior Licenses)
For Senior license applications (age 65+), Spanish authorities may require a copy of your passport or identity document to verify your age. If requested, we will ask you to provide this document solely for the purpose of submitting it to the issuing authority. Your document is transmitted securely, used only for age verification, and permanently deleted once your license has been issued.
6. Data Retention
We retain your order data for the duration required by law and for our legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
